You’re eligible for a return or refund only if your product arrives:

Let us know within 30 days of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue. Once we verify it, you can choose either:

A full refund (excluding any shipping you paid)

We cannot process returns or refunds for:

Wrong size orders

"Changed my mind"

Personal preferences

Normal wear or misuse
All products are made-to-order, so the standard 14-day return window under EU law may not apply but we’ll handle each case fairly.
📦 How to Request a Return

Wait for approval and return instructions

Send the item back securely (we can’t refund items that arrive more damaged)

Once received, we’ll send your replacement or process a refund within a few business days
