Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

✅ When We Accept Returns or Refunds

You’re eligible for a return or refund only if your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted (something went wrong in production)

Let us know within 30 days of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue. Once we verify it, you can choose either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (excluding any shipping you paid)

🚫 What We Can’t Accept

We cannot process returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size orders

  • "Changed my mind"

  • Personal preferences

  • Normal wear or misuse

All products are made-to-order, so the standard 14-day return window under EU law may not apply but we’ll handle each case fairly.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info.offshorefits@gmail.com with your order number + clear photos of the issue

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions

  3. Send the item back securely (we can’t refund items that arrive more damaged)

  4. Once received, we’ll send your replacement or process a refund within a few business days

⚠️ Additional Notes

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error was ours

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

  • Unauthorized returns or claims without photos may be rejected

  • Some custom or limited items may not be returnable
